About the Australian Hunter Horse Association!

About

The Australian Hunter Horse Association is an Association (AHHA) which is committed to supporting the community who ride and own Show Hunter Hacks, Galloways and Ponies as well as working hunter horses all around Australia.

As AHHA has a range of members who own all types of horses, we believe that owners and riders who love their hunters, whatever the type, should have the equal opportunity to show their horses in a positive environment which entails integrity, and good sportsmanship towards each other.

We love our remote and rural communities, and this Association strives to build community resilience through times of drought, bushfire and other natural disasters by holding events for spectators, horse enthusiasts and their families to reduce isolation by facilitating strong social cohesion and connection.

We provide opportunities also for the community to participate socially and promoting educational experiences for all ages. AHHA promotes the support towards local economic recovery through projects that will provide immediate cash flow benefits to communities in remote and rural Australia.
